The business
SAPL runs High Pressure Die Casting, Gravity Die Casting, CNC/VMC machining and in-house powder coating under one roof in Chakan, Pune — first shot to final dispatch, no sub-contracting. It supplies OEMs across HVAC, automotive, pumps and valves, defence and EV, including customers in Poland and Italy.

That depth of capability lived on the shop floor. Almost none of it was legible to a sourcing engineer before they picked up the phone.
The digital challenge
Industrial buyers qualify a supplier fast: what do you control in-house, what tolerances can you hold, what alloys and tonnage, what industries have you proven yourself in, how do you run an RFQ. A site that can’t answer this pushes all of that work onto a cold call.
The website
The site is built around that qualification sequence instead of a generic “About / Services” structure — capability depth first, then industry proof, then a stated RFQ process, then quality credentials.

Every capability and industry links through to its own page — better for a reader, and it gives search engines distinct, indexable targets instead of one page trying to rank for everything.
The SEO approach
Pages are built to rank for how a buyer actually searches: process plus location (“aluminium die casting Pune”), process plus material (“ADC12 die casting manufacturer”), capability plus industry. Copy uses the terms buyers and their engineers type — HPDC, ADC12, A380, LM24, DFM — not generic marketing language.

What was learned
Structure beats volume. A smaller site organised around how a buyer qualifies a supplier outperforms a larger one organised around how the company sees itself — and it’s the same discipline this portfolio tries to apply to its own pages.
Result
Live, in production use as SAPL’s primary channel for inbound RFQs and export enquiries. The site states its real certifications (ISO 9001:2015, TÜV Nord) and is explicit about the one still in progress (IATF 16949) — overclaiming is one of the fastest ways an industrial buyer disqualifies a supplier.
